Psoriasis is a disease of healthy people. I used to have it, but it is virtually gone. I read a book on psoriasis. It said to eliminate all pork and oily foods from the diet, that included lunch meat. It seems like peanut butter was the worse for me, but any greasy food including cream and butter could trigger an outbreak.
The first thing one needs to do is undertake a liver cleanse. Then make sure you eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and a lot of fresh cooked vegetables. Use a lot of garlic. It said to take a good B-complex and a good mineral supplement. The herb that was recommended is Sarsaparilla. A juice fast once a week would be good also. NEVER over eat!!!
Hope this helps.
