Jeanne Felfe Boyd

As one of Tom's able assistants in answering Q&A from the Ask Tom website, we thought you would be interested in learning a bit more about Jeanne:

Jeanne is originally from South Texas, and currently resides smack dab in the middle of the USA. Jeanne has a BS in Math/Computer Science and makes her primary living as a Project Manager in the field of Technology for a large multi-national company. She also is a published author and co-owner of a small-press publishing company, Parallel Pathways, Inc. She co-authored the book (now out of print), "Why2000 A Year 2000 Personal Preparedness Guide" which helped many families in making sane preparations for potential computer failures due to year 2000 changes.

Her real passion, however, is Natural Healing, and she recently formed her own complementary health practice, "The Healing Bridge"...

Jeanne is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist and BodyWorker. She specializes in several methods of body and energy work, including CranioSacral Therapy, BodyTalk, Pranic Healing, Reiki, and Medical Intuition. Intensely interested in Alternative and Complementary Medicine for many years, Jeanne has accumulated over 700 hours of study time since the summer of 1999, learning new skills and ways to assist her clients. She combines various hands-on (and hands-off) methods to assist her clients in finding ways to heal using the body’s own innate healing wisdom. She works with clients both in person and from a distance.

Jeanne is also interested in and spends time studying the use of vitamins, herbs, and other supplements as ways to complement conventional medicine. She is currently deciding whether to pursue either a degree in Naturopathic Medicine or a Ph.D. in Energy Medicine from Holos Institutue of Graduate Studies (HUGS). She has studied with Dr. C. Norm Shealy and frequently cites his work and research in making recommendations to her clients.
